These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Ghoghamba CardMate regarding your installation, access, and usage of our credit card management mobile software and related financial tools. If you dissent from any portion of these Terms, you are instructed to immediately cease application usage and remove it from your mobile device.

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and personal license to use the app solely for your individual credit management needs. Ghoghamba CardMate is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" operational basis. While we implement robust measures to maintain uptime and calculation precision, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully synchronized operation. Summaries, bill tracking features, and payment notification alerts generated by the app are designed exclusively for personal organizational purposes and must not be interpreted as certified financial, tax, or legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian jurisprudence, we accept no liability for direct or indirect losses, missed payment penalties, or data delays resulting from app interruption or device incompatibility.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms periodically to reflect regulatory updates or technical modifications. Any revised Terms become effective immediately upon being published on our official platform. Your continued use of the software after such revisions signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms. This agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
